The Enterprise Informatics Modality Sales Specialist will provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance. This role involves promoting Enterprise Informatics solutions, supporting sales, providing clinical and technical expertise, participating in business policy implementation, and working with Account Managers. They will also address customer inquiries, support tender processes, deploy programs, and report market trends. The specialist will ensure customer satisfaction, support new product launches, and update stakeholders. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in Healthcare Informatics, particularly with PACS-RIS knowledge. The specialist should have a deep knowledge of health informatics and related market landscape, ideally PACS-RIS experience. The role requires strong team management attitude, problem solving competences and workload management.
Must have:
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Computer Sciences.
  • Deep knowledge of health informatics and related market landscape, ideally PACS-RIS experience.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Healthcare Informatics is preferred.
  • Experience in marketing planning, value proposition creation, campaign development.
  • Proven communication skills and ability to influence colleagues and customers.
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language (Italian)
  • Strong team management attitude.
  • Problem solving competences.

Enterprise Informatics Modality Sales Specialist
Providing technical expertise through sales presentations, product/solutions demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products, solutions and services.

Your role:

  • Promoting Enterprise Informatics solutions, systems and services in customer visits, seminars and trade shows.
  • Providing knowledge on products/solutions, supporting the Sales function in driving overall business results.
  • Ensuring deal support by providing clinical and technical expertise on the portfolio (product, solutions, services)  across the accounts.
  • Participating in defining and controlling of the implementation of the business policy, pricing strategy and product/modality to be sold by the Business in the region, according to established guidelines.
  • Working together with Account Managers informing and recommending customers the latest technological innovations developed and its associated configurations, including the possible upgrades of the installed base, attending the complaints and inquiries made, in order to obtain a higher level of customer satisfaction and contribute to achieve the sales targets.
  • Assisting Account Managers with customer presentations specifically focused on the clinical and technical components of the value proposition. Understandingand addressing competitive positioning and marketing strategy of respective product / modality and supporting where needed in identification of the tender strategy and quotation.
  • Supporting the tender process providing the relevant documentation
  • Deploying programs (incl. Installed Base programs) to the districts to drive business.
  • Working as part of an account team to ensure results are reached according to marketing/account plans.
  • Participating in the district sales planning exercise, supporting quality of funnel management
  • Providing information about market trends, competitor’s sales practices, and potential projects to the responsible Business Manager
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by timely responding to all customer requests so that customers find it easy to do business.
  • Supporting new products launches
  • Responsible for quality and updated win / loss information in CRM-Tool
  • Updating stakeholders with customer facing role (e.g. District Managers, Account Managers) on product & market developments
  • Responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality Standard policy and follow up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner.


You're the right fit if:

  • You have a bachelor or Master Degree in Buomedical Engineering, Computer Sciences or equivalent experience
  • You have a deep knowledge of health informatics and related market landscape, ideally PACS-RIS experience. At least 5 years of working experience in Healthcare Informatics is preferred.
  • You have acquired experience in marketing planning, value proposition creation, campaign development, relationship, and performance marketing.
  • Proven communication skills and ability to influence colleagues and customers.
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language (Italian)
  • You have a strong team management attitude, problem solving competences and workload management.
  • Availability to travel
