Summary

Must have:
  • Thorough understanding of iGaming and regulations
  • 5-10 years product development experience

Good to have:
  • Master's degree from a leading university

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Head of Product Management in the Platform Product organization, you will be responsible for development of regulatory and commercial market specific functionality in LeoVegas proprietary iGaming platform across our 10+ jurisdictions with their unique characteristics.

 

This role involves leading product strategy, driving innovation, and collaborating across multiple departments to ensure the successful delivery of products. Key functional areas include Customer Onboarding, Responsible Gaming, and Regulatory Reporting.

 

You will be leading a unit consisting of 10 senior product managers responsible for customer onboarding, responsible gaming, regulatory reporting and vendor management. You will work  closely together with a dedicated Engineering organization of 100 employees.


YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  Leading the platform product team from product concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives

  Driving product strategy and setting long-term product priorities

  Bringing in data-driven product development across the organization

  Staying on top of current and upcoming regulatory requirements across 10+ jurisdictions

  Making key decisions on build vs. buy, leveraging strong relationships with suppliers and partners

  Leading activities such as roadmap planning, resource allocation, and problem-solving to drive effective product development

  Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Support, to define and deliver product features and services.

  Fostering innovation within the product team and the organization, contributing to the company's growth and efficiency

  Building a high-performance product management team

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  Thorough understanding of the iGaming value chain and regulatory differences across jurisdictions

  5-10 years of experience in product development

  Ability to develop strong relationships with key suppliers

  Experience from people management and optimization of team performance
 

NICE TO HAVES

  Academic degree, Master’s or equivalent, from a leading university

  Hands-on experience in using tooling like Jira, Confluence, Datadog and Tableau
