Job Description

Hiring for HR Executive

Eligibility : Fresher and experienced both can apply

Location : Jabalpur / Bhopal

Salary: no bar for deserving candidate

Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and attracting top talent by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and participating in the interview process.

Help to create a welcoming experience for new hires through the coordination of onboarding activities and providing necessary resources.

Contribute to the planning and execution of employee training initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Assist in maintaining HR records, databases, and reports with accuracy and confidentiality.

Collaborate with the HR team to address employee queries and support a positive work environment.

Participate in the development and enhancement of HR policies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

Requirement

Candidates from similar background will be given preference

Good communication skills (verbal and written)
