What You Will Get To Do:

Join the SS&C Blue Prism Chorus team as a Consultant. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their business workflows and achieve strategic goals through innovative technology solutions. As a Consultant, you will partner with clients to analyze business processes, design solutions, and implement technology that streamlines operations, enhances efficiency, and mitigates operational risks.

Your responsibilities will include conducting workflow analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements, configuring systems to meet client needs, specifying custom deliverables, managing system testing, and ensuring seamless client communication. You will also provide strategic recommendations to enhance clients’ technology ecosystems and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality business and technical consulting services as part of implementation projects, ensuring client success.
• Act as the dedicated Implementation Consultant, owning specific deliverables or entire project delivery based on engagement size and complexity.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, design tailored solutions, and implement new or enhanced business process flows using the SS&C Blue Prism Chorus technology stack.
• Analyze clients' technology and integration landscapes, providing expert recommendations for improvements or enhancements.
• Configure the SS&C Blue Prism Chorus systems to meet agreed specifications, adhering to industry best practices and client requirements.
• Set and manage clear client expectations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Deliver services at exceptionally high standards, prioritizing client satisfaction and engagement success.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, effectively addressing and resolving any service delivery issues.
• Foster collaboration across internal teams and regions, driving continuous client service and support improvement.
• Partner with the technology team and other servicing groups to devise and implement innovative solutions that meet client needs and objectives.

What You Will Bring:

• Deep understanding of the investment management industry, including key business processes and challenges.
• Relevant work experience in consulting, asset management, or financial software implementation.
• Familiarity with SS&C Blue Prism Chorus systems is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
• A client-focused, solution-oriented mindset, fostering collaborative and positive client interactions.
• Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to navigate complex business challenges.

• Willingness to travel 50% - 75% of the time, depending on client requirements.

Skills

• Functional understanding of the financial services industry, with practical knowledge of roles and workflows within investment management firms (preferred).
• Ability to quickly learn and apply technology, translating that expertise into actionable insights and client solutions.
• Proven relationship management skills to foster collaboration with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to work with modern consulting and implementation methodologies, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and system configuration.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple client engagements.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or at least three years of experience in consulting, technology implementation, or a related domain.
