The In-Market NRM Programme Manager in Poland will lead the NRM Programme, ensuring successful delivery tailored to the Polish market. This role involves bridging market teams with the central NRM Programme Team, driving business transformation, technology improvements, and user engagement. Key responsibilities include project management, stakeholder coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and communication. The ideal candidate will manage complex projects, foster communication, and develop a robust network within the market. They will also analyze processes and communicate interconnections to streamline processes. The role requires experience in trade investment management systems and change/transformation management, with at least 5 years of experience in commercial business processes.

  • Experience with Trade investment management systems or SFE.
  • Business change/transformation management experience.
  • 5+ years in commercial business processes.
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
Good to have:
  • Strong commercial analytics experience.
  • Data and analytical skills, especially in Net Revenue Management.
  • Product development experience.
  • Cross-functional project team experience.
  • Demonstration or training experience in tools/products.
  • Project management experience.

About the Role: We are seeking an In-Market NRM Programme Lead to ensure the successful delivery of the NRM Programme (Visualfabriq/NRMa/NBA) tailored to the needs of the Polish market. This role bridges market teams across NRM, Sales, Commercial Finance, and Demand Planning with the central NRM Programme Team (NRM Performance Hub). The Programme Lead will drive business transformation, technology improvements, and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management and Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Lead project stages to ensure timely completion.
  • Align stakeholders with project objectives.
  • Address project risks proactively.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Foster communication across Sales, Finance, NRM, trade marketing, and demand planning.
  • Build strong working relationships across functions.

Global Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with global teams for program alignment.
  • Share learnings and contribute to global archetypes.

Collaboration with External Partners:

  • Work with consulting partners and vendors to incorporate best practices.
  • Integrate external insights for project success.

Process Analysis and Communication:

  • Analyze complex processes and communicate interconnections.
  • Streamline processes for efficiency.

Network Development:

  • Develop a robust network within the market.
  • Leverage insights to drive strategic initiatives.

Influence and Communication:

  • Influence and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Essential:

  • Experience with Trade investment management systems or SFE.
  • Business change/transformation management experience.
  • 5+ years in commercial business processes (e.g., annual brand planning, sales plans).
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional projects.

Preferred:

  • Strong commercial analytics experience.
  • Data and analytical skills, especially in Net Revenue Management.
  • Product development experience.
  • Cross-functional project team experience.
  • Demonstration or training experience in tools/products.
  • Project management experience.
