Job Description & Summary:
Manage and support M365 environment, focusing on Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams. Ensure efficient communication and collaboration across the organization while adhering to ITIL best practices.
Responsibilities:
• Administer and support M365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams).
• Troubleshoot issues and provide user support.
• Implement and maintain security and compliance policies.
• Automate tasks with PowerShell scripting and power platform.
• Follow ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management.
• Monitor performance and drive service improvements.
Mandatory skill sets:
• Strong knowledge of ITIL framework.
• Proficiency in Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerShell scripting
Preferred skill sets:
• Experience with security and compliance in M365 environments.
• Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified, ITIL Foundation
Years of experience required:
5-8 years of experience with M365 administration
Education qualification:
Bachelor or equivalents
Shift Hour
Rotational working Hours (24/5)
