Job Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern, you will work closely with our Recruitment teams to source, screen, and engage with potential candidates. This role is ideal for someone passionate about HR and talent acquisition, looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Conduct resume screening and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database, track candidate pipelines, and generate reports.
- Assist in conducting initial candidate assessments via phone/video screenings.
- Support employer branding initiatives through social media engagement and outreach.
- Participate in university recruitment programs, job fairs, and networking events.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards) and ATS is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
