We are looking for a Information Security Specialist.
Your main tasks will be:
- Oversee and administer existing Information Security (IS) tools to ensure optimal protection and performance;
- Test and deploy innovative IS tools, staying ahead of evolving security threats;
- Continuously monitor and analyze IS events, proactively identifying potential risks;
- Efficiently manage and resolve IS incidents, ensuring minimal impact on operations;
- Handle access management to safeguard sensitive information and prevent unauthorized access;
- Collaborate with IS solution and service providers to ensure seamless integration and functionality;
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during the testing and deployment of new IS tools, ensuring smooth implementation;
- Lead and participate in incident investigations alongside related departments to uncover root causes and implement solutions;
- Organize and implement robust protection for websites against DDoS and hacking attacks, safeguarding digital assets;
- Work alongside compliance specialists to develop and formalize IS policies, ensuring regulatory adherence;
- Create and maintain IS-related regulations to foster a secure operational environment.
We expect from you:
- 5+ years of proven experience in Information Security (IS), demonstrating hands-on expertise in the field;
- A degree in a relevant technical discipline;
- A deep understanding of real-world IS trends, threats, and vulnerabilities;
- Extensive experience in configuring and managing IS tools, including firewalls, DLP systems, antivirus software, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners, WAF, and ATT&CK frameworks;
- Strong incident response skills, with experience in conducting thorough IS investigations. CISSP / MCSE certification preferred;
- Solid networking knowledge, including an understanding of OSI model layers;
- Proficient in system administration (Windows, Linux), with knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure);
- Expertise in network security and a solid understanding of networking technologies;
- Familiarity with common infrastructure vulnerabilities and web-related vulnerabilities is a plus;
- Experience with Checkpoint solutions is highly desirable;
- Proven track record of organizing DDoS protection for high-traffic websites;
- Experience in coordinating external security audits for infrastructure security evaluation.
