We are looking for a talented person to join our Consumer & Commercial team at Marsh. This position will be located in Granada and is 100% on-site. The candidate will be responsible for capturing clients from the dealership for the issuance of automobile insurance policies, cross-selling insurance, resolving insurance-related incidents, and managing leads for insurance sales. Additionally, they will handle databases for insurance sales, strengthen the insurance portfolio in the renewal process, manage claims to increase workshop direction, and support the dealership in insurance matters.
Must have:
  • Experience in sales (insurance preferred).
  • Initiative and high sense of responsibility.
  • Interpersonal skills for internal and external communication.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Own vehicle.
Good to have:
  • Training in group II insurance.
  • Experience in stand-alone insurance sales at dealerships.

Estamos buscando a una persona talentosa para unirse a nuestro equipo de Consumer & Commercial en Marsh. Este puesto estará ubicado en Granada y es 100% presencial.

Nuestro Cliente, una importante financiera perteneciente a uno de los grupos de automoción más grandes del mundo, necesita incorporar un implant de seguros en un importante concesionario en Sabadell.  El implant dependerá del Departamento de Consumer & Commercial de Marsh, reportando a la central de Madrid.

Contaremos contigo para:

  • Captación de clientes del concesionario para la emisión de pólizas de seguro de circulación de automóviles.
  • Cross-selling de seguros.
  • Resolución de incidencias relacionadas con los seguros.
  • Tratamiento de leads para venta de seguros.
  • Tratamiento de BBDD para venta de seguros.
  • Fortalecer la cartera de seguros en el proceso de renovación.
  • Gestión de siniestros para aumentar el direccionamiento a taller.
  • Soporte al concesionario en materia de seguros.

Lo que necesitas tener:

  • Preferiblemente con experiencia en venta de seguros, aunque no sería imprescindible si tienes experiencia previa en ventas.
  • Valorable formación en seguros grupo II.
  • Valorable experiencia previa en venta de seguros stand alone en concesionarios.
  • Tener iniciativa y un alto sentido de la responsabilidad.
  • Habilidades interpersonales para comunicarse con clientes internos y externos.
  • Capacidad para priorizar actividades teniendo múltiples tareas y lograr llevarlas a término en los plazos previstos.
  • Dominio paquete Office (especialmente Excel).
  • Vehículo propio.
