Overview: The responsibilities of the Architectural Designer include meeting with clients, creating drawings, designs, and layouts, and complying with industry regulations. To be successful as an Architectural Designer, you should have excellent technical skills and be proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Responsibilities:

Develop design concepts and create detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections

Prepare presentation drawings and 3D models to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.

Create working drawings and Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, and contractors, to ensure project execution

Ensure design intent is executed accurately.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to deliver innovative and creative designs.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Professional licensure as an architect.

Proven experience in interior design projects, with a portfolio showcasing successful completed projects.

Excellent technical skills, particularly with CAD software.

Strong creative design and time management skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modelling software, and other relevant design tools.

Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and materials.
