Role: Lead Security Engineer

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of user identities, including joiner, mover, lever. Ensure all changes are properly documented and compliant with internal policies.
Manage and automate the provisioning and de-provisioning of access rights across various applications and systems, ensuring timely and accurate access control.
Define, manage, and maintain roles and entitlements, ensuring that access rights are appropriate for users' job functions and comply with the principle of least privilege.
Conduct periodic access reviews and certifications to ensure that access rights are appropriate, necessary, and comply with security policies and regulatory requirements.
Continuously work with stakeholders to enhance and evolve IAM program.
Investigate and resolve identity-related incidents, such as unauthorized access or access policy violations. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree required in preferred or a related field.
6-8 years of relevant professional work experience. This should include 3+ years hands on experience in IAM & PAM (preferably Saviynt)
Familiarity with Identity / Access Management products.
Strong understanding of access control models, role-based access control (RBAC), and the principle of least privilege.
Ability to translate complex problems and ideas into easily understood description
Excellent written and verbal communications Passion for managing products and driving results
