Job Description

The operations and strategy team tracks and reports strategic initiatives. In this role, you will support leaders by managing key responsibilities, representing their views in meetings, and anticipating future needs. You will also organize leadership calls, oversee data analysis, ensure consistent execution across sectors, and collaborate to share knowledge and promote sales/delivery technologies.

  • Experience in engagement, communication, training, and stakeholder management.
  • Support planning, development, execution, and monitoring of change management initiatives.
  • Support implementation of organizational projects and improvements.

  • Monitor organizational readiness.
  • Identify organizational impacts.
  • Plan engagement, communication, and training strategies.
Good to have:
  • Knowledge in POWER BI

PwC's operations and strategy team will track, manage, and report strategic initiatives and projects. In this role, you will support leaders, taking on key responsibilities, representing their views in meetings and decisions, and anticipating their future needs. Additionally, you will organize leadership calls and meetings, oversee research and data analysis, promote consistent execution across all sectors, and collaborate with all service lines to share knowledge and promote technologies/tools for sales and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Complete higher education
  • Intermediate/advanced English.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite (presentation skills and Office 365 knowledge). Experience with large-scale projects.
  • Experience with organizational impact strategies and plans, engagement, communication, training, and stakeholder management.
  • Good knowledge of change management tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of project management phases.
  • Knowledge of change adoption and effectiveness indicators.
  • Change management certification (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, HUCMI or PROSCI)

Day-to-day Activities:

  • Support the planning, development, execution, and monitoring of change management initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of projects and organizational improvements.
  • Manage stakeholders.
  • Monitor organizational readiness.
  • Identify organizational impacts.
  • Plan engagement, communication, and training strategies.

Differential:

  • Knowledge in POWER BI.
