We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Junior CRM Content Specialist to join our team in Zagreb, Croatia!

About the Job:

Are you ready to jump into the dynamic world of casinos and sports betting? Join our Managed Services team and let your creativity shine while contributing to an innovative and collaborative environment! As a Junior CRM Content Specialist, you'll play a key role in crafting engaging marketing content and supporting CRM campaigns to enhance player engagement.

What you'll get to do:

• Create engaging, fun, and persuasive copy for email campaigns, SMS, web push notifications, and other communication channels targeting the client's player database.
• Write and edit creative content for the client's website as needed.
• Learn to use advanced CRM tools (e.g., Optimove) to design templates, segment target groups, and create automated marketing journeys.
• Assist in designing casino and sports bonuses and promotions tailored to the client’s audience.
• Support the team by organizing and maintaining documentation related to communication and promotions, updating plans, and ensuring all files are correctly saved and easily accessible.
• Collaborate closely with the CRM Manager and the client to develop impactful branding strategies and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Benefit from comprehensive onboarding training and personalized mentorship to build expertise in the casino and betting industry.
• Bring creativity, precision, and strong organizational skills to craft impactful content and drive results.

What You need to shine:

• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools, email marketing, and customer segmentation (experience with platforms like Optimove is a plus).
• Interest in the gaming and betting industry, with a willingness to learn and adapt to industry trends.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, creative, and collaborative mindset.
• Familiarity with CMS tools like WordPress is a plus but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in content creation, digital marketing, or CRM campaigns is advantageous but not required.

Here's what we offer:

• A salary from 1.800 EUR (gross/brutto1).
• Hybrid work schedule: 60% work from the office and 40% work from home per quarter (during your first 3 months, you'll be in the office full-time).
• Sliding work schedule (start anytime between 8:00 to 10:00 am).
• Start with 23 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 33 days by your fifth year with us.
• Stay Healthy: 100% paid 10 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required.
• Support for New Parents:
• 21 weeks of paid maternity leave, with the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child turns 1 year old.
• 4 weeks of paternity leave, plus the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child is 13 weeks old.
