The Project Operations Executive is an entry-level role responsible for data governance and accuracy through platform and process management. This role supports efficient project execution, provides operational support to Client Management, Partnerships Account Management and Global Operations Leadership. Responsibilities include data input, verification, and management, as well as troubleshooting and identifying process improvement opportunities. This position involves collaboration with team members and support for Global Operations tasks.

Job Description

 

The Project Operations Executive is an entry level role,  becoming accountable for the governance and accuracy of our data, accomplished through the accurate set-up, management of our operational platforms and processes.

You will also supports efficient execution of assigned opportunities/projects as well as operational support to Client Management, Partnerships Account Management and Global Operations Leadership. 

No previous experience in this field is necessary, however an attention to detail and a passion for working with data is necessary .

Main Responsibilities

  • Data input -  Enter, update, and modify data into multiple computer programs and systems. 
  • Data verification - Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data by verifying information against source documents such as client contracts
  • Data management -  Maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and organization.
  • Compliance - follow data integrity processes
  • Troubleshoot - resolve data entry errors and inconsistencies
  • Addresses low to medium priority risks independently. 
  • Identify and escalate unique/high priority issues/circumstances to senior members of the project operations team. 
  • Identify and support Project Operations process improvement programs, independently or with the support of the team. 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in the broader organisation and surfaces to team leadership for evaluation. 
  • Should interface with team members on their project teams, to gather any necessary information to execute a task. 
  • Support Global Operations Leadership with AdHoc Global Operations tasks.

  • Have a basic awareness of project management fundamentals.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritise tasks
  • Should be able to problem solve, identifying errors and resolving these  
  • Is able to effectively communicate and collaborate with their team and the broader organization.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail by producing high-quality work that meets expectations, setting a standard of excellence for the team.
