Role overview

We are looking for a Junior Social Media Manager to join our fun and growing TV & streaming division. In this role, you’ll manage social media campaigns for a high-profile broadcast TV brand, driving engagement and innovation across different platforms. Our ideal candidate has experience developing social strategies, building content calendars, conceptualizing creative assets, crafting compelling copy, and engaging with audiences. What are we looking for? Our Junior Social Media Manager has a knack for the following skills:

Communication:

• Write creative copy and adjust voice/tone from project to project
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content on all social media channels
• Social listening for your assigned titles

Analytics:

• Produce engaging content by performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Produce regular reports on social sentiment

Business:

• Participate in brainstorms for various campaigns across the company
• Oversee editorial calendars and content rollouts
• Facilitate community management across all social media channels by monitoring conversations, responding to comments and messages, and fostering engagement while maintaining the brand’s voice.

You'd be a great fit for this role if you have:

• 1+ year experience working within the social media space, preferably within an agency environment
• Experience managing and posting content across all major social media platforms, including Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, and TikTok, with a strong understanding of the best practices for each platform
• Experience working across social campaigns in entertainment or TV 
• Excellent command of English with strong copywriting abilities to craft engaging and persuasive content and ability to master in-world voice and tones
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Availability to work between 9am and 6pm PST

• Once you submit your test, the assessment will take a few working days to be evaluated.
• If you successfully pass the test - we’ll invite you for the online Interview via MS Teams with one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists. It’s a perfect chance to exchange questions and get to know each other better. If successful on the interview, you will become part of our Talent Pool for future opportunities.
• For most of the projects there might be a second and/or third interview with a Team Lead or an Operations Manager.
