Job Description

As a Key Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for existing customers and develop a trusted advisor relationship. You will ensure game launches, marketing, and promotional activities across brands. You will also be responsible for resolving technical, management, financial, and business issues. You will attend and represent the company at events and exhibitions, provide monthly/quarterly reports on work results, and conduct regular analysis of the iGaming market.
Must have:
  • 1+ year of B2B Account Manager experience in IT or iGaming
  • Analytical mindset
  • Highly developed social and communication skills
  • Ability to cope with a high-pace, complex and changing environment
  • Strong drive for achieving and exceeding targets
  • Desire to learn and research
  • Teamwork experience
  • Jira/CRM/Google experience
  • Knowledge of English
  • Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written)

The expertise we’re looking for

  • 1+ year of work experience as B2B Account manager in IT or/and IGaming industry;
  • Analytical mindset;
  • Highly developed social and communication skills;
  • Ability to cope with a high-pace, complex and changing environment;
  • Strong drive for achieving and exceeding targets;
  • Desire to learn and to research;
  • To work as a team member;
  • Experience with Jira/CRM/Google;
  • Knowledge of English;
  • Fluent Portuguese — spoken and written.

Your position will include

  • Act as the main point of contact and develop a trusted advisor relationship with existing customers;
  • Ensure games launch, marketing and promotional activities across brands;
  • Problem resolution of technical/management/financial/business issues on a regular basis;
  • Attend and represent the company at events and exhibitions;
  • Provide Account Team Lead with monthly / quarterly reports on the work results;
  • Conducting a regular analysis of the iGaming market.
