Responsibilities 

• Lead mobile SDK projects from planning to release, ensuring smooth technical execution across teams

• Build and maintain high-quality iOS and Android features using React Native

• Break down product goals into technical tasks and guide engineers through implementation

• Partner with QA to create solid test plans and deliver bug-free releases

• Boost developer efficiency by improving tools, workflows, and team processes

• Shape the SDK’s architecture and contribute to long-term technical planning

Key Competencies 

• Proven track record of building and delivering consumer-facing products and features from scratch

• Strong communication skills to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners, such as product and design

Experience 

• 6+ years of Software Engineering career with experience in cross platform or native mobile development in languages such as React Native (JavaScript, TypeScript), Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, Swift

• 6+ years of experience in React Native Mobile development environment, or equivalent, via cross-platform development in either web or mobile technologies

• Able to work in-office 5 days a week in Las Vegas (relocation assistance available for Vegas HQ)

• Experience in the Gaming Industry is strongly preferred (alternatively - experience with Unity and/or a passion for building services for games)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a technical field of study, or equivalent industry experience

Total Starting Compensation including Base + Bonus + Equity:  $288,000 - $461,750

Location: Las Vegas HQ - Onsite for 5 days per week
