In this role, you’ll be the go-to partner for internal teams, driving operational processes, managing vendor relationships, ensuring data accuracy, optimizing tools, and tackling day-to-day business challenges.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Ensure Accuracy & Standards: Verify that all required information and documentation comply with established guidelines and expectations.
-Monitor Progress & Follow-Ups: Track the status of ongoing tasks, proactively address delays, and ensure timely delivery.
-Actively oversee various outside contractors and inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and expectations are consistently met (furniture, cleaning, coffee, air conditioning, maintenance services, etc.).
-Manage business-critical and emergency situations, ensuring prompt resolution with minimal operational disruption.
-Coordinate internal reorganizations and serve as the primary interface with IT.
-Develop and maintain an ongoing preventative maintenance schedule and efficient operational workflows.
-Manage databases, documentation, and company policies to keep them well-organized and up to date.
-Support the contract management process, including organizing and maintaining legal documents across multiple databases.
-Review contracts under internal guidance and secure necessary signatures from all parties.
-Enter and maintain required documentation for internal audits and corporate records.
-Actively participate in the improvement of processes within the area and in cross-functional initiatives.
-Help identify inefficient processes and assist in designing and implementing necessary improvements.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
-3+ years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
-Experience in Administrative Operations routines.
-Strong organizational skills and strict attention to detail.
-Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (will be tested).
-Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.
-High adaptability, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage diverse tasks.
-A high degree of initiative and ownership of responsibilities.
Previous experience in technology companies or similar industries is a plus.
