We're looking for a talented and passionate HRBP Specialist to join Wildlife's People Team in São Paulo, Brazil.
As an HRBP Specialist, you’ll primarily focus on partnering with business leaders to shape talent strategies, boost employee engagement, and enhance overall organizational effectiveness. You'll also have the exciting opportunity to leverage data insights to inform and strengthen your HR recommendations and contribute to workforce planning and performance management. What you’ll do
HR Business Partnering
- Forge strong partnerships with business leaders to deeply understand their team dynamics and collaboratively implement people strategies that fuel performance and engagement.
- Provide expert support and coaching to managers on crucial areas like talent development, performance management, team effectiveness, and organizational structure.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring HR solutions are perfectly aligned with business objectives while always prioritizing a positive employee experience.
- Spearhead key HR initiatives in collaboration with our Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Compensation & Benefits, People Operations, and Payroll).
- Champion a culture that embraces adaptability, resilience, and openness to change within our dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Leveraging Data for HR Insights
- Utilize HR data to identify trends and opportunities to inform workforce strategies and talent-related decisions.
- Analyze key HR metrics such as attrition and engagement to provide data-backed insights that support HR initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards that help HR and leadership understand key people trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, and Leadership) to ensure our people's strategies are informed by relevant data.
- Proactively identify potential workforce challenges by recognizing patterns in HR data.
- Stay informed about best practices in HR data analysis to continually enhance our ability to make informed decisions.
What you'll need
- Progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Solid understanding of and a keen interest in utilizing HR data to drive insights (familiarity with HR metrics, reporting, and data storytelling is beneficial).
- Experience working with HR systems and basic analytics tools (e.g., Excel; experience with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus).
- Previous experience in one or more HR disciplines, such as recruiting, talent development, compensation, people operations, or as an HRBP.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions using both qualitative understanding and quantitative insights.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, resilience, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in both English and Portuguese (mandatory).
- A genuine enthusiasm for the gaming industry is considered a plus!
