Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day network operations, resolving incidents and service requests within SLAs, and handling network change communications. The position involves monitoring network health, performing health checks, installing and commissioning network infrastructure, and administering network protocols such as MPLS, BGP, OSPF, and IPSEC.
