Job Description

PwC seeks a Senior Virtual Classroom Host to design and deliver engaging training programs. Responsibilities include preparing facilitators, testing technology, managing virtual sessions (potentially with hundreds of attendees), providing technical support, and handling post-session administration. A Virtual Classroom host will do the following:

Prepare facilitators for successful virtual delivery
Test the technology of presenters prior to live sessions
Prepare the technology platform for delivery including loading polls/videos/materials as needed
Kick-off virtual sessions with potentially hundreds of attendees
Monitor live virtual sessions as background support, managing certain technology aspects
Perform certain post-session administrative duties including collecting reports and playback files.
