A Virtual Classroom host will do the following:

  • Prepare facilitators for successful virtual delivery
  • Test the technology of presenters prior to live sessions
  • Prepare the technology platform for delivery including loading polls/videos/materials as needed
  • Kick-off virtual sessions with potentially hundreds of attendees
  • Monitor live virtual sessions as background support, managing certain technology aspects
  • Perform certain post-session administrative duties including collecting reports and playback files.
