The role involves evaluating KPI reports (Bonus Ratio Analysis, Bonus Code Report, etc.), identifying areas for improvement, proposing recommendations, and providing ad-hoc advice. The analyst monitors database efficiency and is accountable for the compilation and presentation of financial and KPI reporting. Advanced analytical and statistical skills (A/B testing, revenue attribution, customer segmentation) are essential, alongside proficiency in Excel/Access and SQL (a plus).

Job Description

The Marketing Analyst is a pivotal figure in informing decision-making through comprehensive financial and KPI reporting. Tasked with preparing and presenting daily financial reports, ROI analyses, and monthly summaries, they provide crucial insights to management.

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:


• Prepare and present daily Financial reports and monthly Management reports
• Prepare and present ROI reports, and propose recommendations and improvement actions
• Evaluate KPI Reports and highlight any areas of concern i.e. Bonus Ratio Analysis, Bonus Code Report, Code Analysis, Promotions, Competition Evaluation
• Provide ad hoc advice to team for identified issues and actions to remediate them
• Monitor database efficiency
• Accountable for the compilation and presentation of the financial and KPI reporting analyses and findings#LI-VM1 #LI-Onsite

Qualifications

• SQL knowledge is a plus
• Experience in advanced analytic and statistical techniques related multivariate and 
 A/B testing, digital revenue attribution, customer segmentation, and marketing
 effectiveness
• Mastery of analytical tools i.e. modelling and reporting in Excel/Access 
• Prior experience in marketing research, statistical analysis, or data analysis will be highly regarded
