Job Description

Join Our Team as a Fraud and Payments Executive

Play a pivotal role in protecting and optimizing company revenues through proactive risk management. Reporting to the Fraud and KYC Operations Manager, you’ll lead efforts to deliver exceptional fraud prevention services, setting industry-leading standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Protect the business: Review new and existing accounts for potential fraud and analyze chargeback data.
  • Ensure compliance: Conduct due diligence on account changes, validate KYC, and manage device and location queries.
  • Handle transactions: Approve manual payments, withdrawals, and resolve duplicate account issues.
  • Implement robust fraud screening: Use omnichannel tools to detect and prevent fraud effectively.
  • Collaborate and communicate: Work closely with the customer contact center, ensuring seamless operations and supporting responsible gambling practices.
  • Support VIP accounts: Perform checks to maintain high standards for premium customers.
  • Ad hoc expertise: Address fraud-related queries and assist with timely account closures.

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Experience in customer service, fraud analysis, or payments within an online environment.
  • A track record of achieving strict fraud prevention goals and collaborating with operational teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; relevant qualifications are a strong advantage.
  • A keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
