A career within Accounting Advisory Services team, will give you the opportunity to coordinate and ensuring end-to-end delivery of our accounting advisory assignments. You will discuss on a day-to-day basis with key professionals from different companies and will work together with other colleagues from different lines of services and/or different countries on common initiatives. As a result, this role will provide you with an excellent opportunity to develop your personal and technical skills.
Your responsibilities
· Providing accounting advice to clients on complex topics such as: share based payments, business acquisition, crypto accounting;
· Support companies in implementing and understanding IFRS accounting standards, such as IFRS 9, IFRS 16, IFRS 15, IFRS 2
· Assisting our clients in preparing IFRS and OMFP financial statements (individual and consolidated)
· Organize and deliver technical events and IFRS/OMFP trainings for our clients
· Compliance testing and reporting on specific requirements from regulators (e.g. agreed-upon procedures reports)
· Supporting companies in reporting and controlling activities (e.g moth-end closing procedures, budget forcasting, varoius analysis and reconciliations etc).
· Working in regional teams on various projects (e.g GloBE Pillar2)
· Establish and maintain relationship with client management;
· Co-ordination of project deliverables, preparation and supervision of project timetables;
· Contribution to business development and the sales process;
· Managing performance and identifying opportunities to improve our products and processes.
Skills And Qualification
· University degree
· Minimum 5 years of financial audit experience
· Strong knowledge of OMFP accounting. Good knowledge of IFRS represents a plus;
· Strong English language skills. Other languages represent a plus;
· ACCA/ASPAAS/CECCAR - qualified or in progress;
· Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients at all levels
· Well-developed listening and questioning techniques, supported by strong analytical skills and organisational abilities
· Strong team working skills, with experience in supervising and developing junior staff
· A strong desire for continuous improvement and client facing responsibilities
