Desired Work Experience: 10 - 15 years

 

• 8+ Years of Client Facing Finance Consulting experience with an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) background.

Travel Requirements: 0% weekly travel

Desired Education:

• Degree from a top tier university, preferably in one of the following fields:
  • Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Finance
  • Computer Science
  • Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

Desired Certifications:

• FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS
• CPA

Desired Skills:

• Demonstrates solid knowledge and experience with leading practices in the following areas:
  • Month End Consolidation, SEC and Statutory Reporting 
  • Financial Master Data Management 
  • Account Reconciliations
• Demonstrates solid knowledge and experience in leading technical implementation of EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) tools:
  • Oracle Cloud EPM 
    • FCCS - Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service, 
    • EDMCS - Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service
    • ARCS - Account Reconciliation Cloud Service
    • PCMCS - Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service
    • Narrative Reporting
• Demonstrates solid knowledge and experience in leading technical development of:
  • General Oracle EPM configuration
  • Business Rule / Calculation Development
  • Data Integration, EPM automate, EPM Integration Agent
  • Master Data Management
  • User Security Configuration and Management
  • Report Development
• Demonstrates solid knowledge and success in identifying and addressing client needs: building solid relationships with clients; developing an awareness of Firm services; communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.
• Demonstrates knowledge and exposure of the common issues facing clients in their industry.
• Demonstrates solid abilities and a proven record of success, managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials.
