Job Description

Tesla is seeking a Parts Advisor in Zwolle, Netherlands to support their service centers. Responsibilities include organizing and managing parts in the warehouse, ensuring quality control, collaborating with teams and suppliers for timely part delivery, and maintaining clear communication with service teams. The ideal candidate possesses warehouse or logistics experience (preferably in the automotive industry, but not required), excellent communication skills in English, a valid driver's license (B), the legal right to work in the Netherlands, and a willingness to learn and collaborate effectively within a team setting. This role is crucial in ensuring Tesla vehicles remain operational and customer support remains high quality.

What You’ll Do

Organize Parts: Keep the warehouse running smoothly by finding, moving, and preparing parts for our service centers.
Check Quality: Ensure all parts are accurate and in good condition before they go out.
Work Together: Collaborate with other teams and suppliers to make sure parts arrive on time.
Keep in Touch: Maintain clear communication with service teams to provide the best support for our customers.

What You’ll Bring

Warehouse Experience: You have some experience in a warehouse or logistics role, ideally in the car industry, but not a must.
Eager to Learn: You’re interested in learning new skills and growing in your role.
Good Communicator: You can speak and write clearly in English.
Team Player: You enjoy working with others, are flexible to take on different tasks, and adapt to changing needs.
Valid Driver’s License: You need to have a valid driver’s license (B).
Right to Work: You must have the legal right to work in the Netherlands.
