Job Description

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, including data entry, calculations, and reporting. You will also work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payments to employees. Strong knowledge of Swiss payroll regulations and experience with SAP HR are essential.

Dein Impact

Führe den Lohnlauf mit den entsprechenden Arbeiten in SAP HR für alle Mitarbeitenden, Expats und Inpats von PwC Schweiz und Liechtenstein durch.
Arbeite mit bei der Erstellung der Lohnausweise und allen Jahresendarbeiten.
Bearbeite Anfragen in unserem Ticketingtool, Korrespondenz schriftlich und mündlich in Deutsch und Englisch an Mitarbeitende, Vorgesetzte und externe Schnittstellen, z.B. Quellensteueramt, Ausgleichskasse etc.).
Eine wichtige Aufgabe sind die monatlichen Abstimmungen zwischen HR und Finance
Verantworte die Meldung und Verarbeitung von Unfall- sowie Krankentaggeldern via UKA mit.
Erteile Fachauskünfte an interne Ansprechpartner sowie innerhalb des HR Teams und ziehe Experten zur Klärung bei komplexeren Sachverhalten bei.
Es macht dir Spass, in einem dynamischen, komplexen Umfeld zu arbeiten, in welchem du gefördert und gefordert wirst und dich einbringen kannst.

Dein Skill Set

Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit mind. 3-4 Jahren Berufserfahrung in Payroll und Buchhaltung.
Erfahrung im Bereich Sozialversicherungen ist von Vorteil.
Du arbeitest sehr selbständig und du bist vertraut mit Payroll Timelines.
Du bist sehr zuverlässig, hältst Deadlines ein, bist kunden- und teamorientiert, belastbar und kommunizierst proaktiv.
Flair für Zahlen und Fokus auf Genauigkeit.
Auch bei hohem Arbeitsanfall behältst du die Ruhe und Übersicht, kannst Aktivitäten priorisieren und bist flexibel.
Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP HR und Kenntnisse in Alteryx sind ein grosses Plus.
Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
