Job Description

The Performance Manager at Dentsu X in Beijing will lead a team of media planners, supporting the Account Director in daily operations. Key responsibilities include ensuring plans align with client and agency objectives, managing team performance and individual growth, conducting quality control on deliverables, understanding the trading implications of planning decisions, and ensuring team members understand and meet client KPIs. The role involves prioritizing client and company needs, escalating challenges to management, and overseeing team output.

The purpose of this role is to manage a team of media planners and assist the Account Director on a day to day basis. This is to ensure that their teams are delivering plans that deliver against client objectives whilst balancing agency trading objectives.
