Job Description

This Pharmaceutical Warehouse Associate position in Indianapolis, Indiana involves various warehouse operations, including cycle counting, labeling, cooler construction, supply management, GMP waste disposal, staging materials for destruction, supply receipt, and special projects. Responsibilities also include assisting with Special Security Substances (SSS) inventories and operating forklifts and cherry pickers (training provided). The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and multitasking skills, experience with inventory management (clinical trial experience preferred but not mandatory), excellent communication, and attention to detail. The ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for 8 hours, and work in a 42-degree environment is required. High school diploma, basic computer skills, and proficiency in inventory software are also essential.

Description

Pay Rate: $20.00+ per hour
Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (occasional overtime possible)

We are looking for warehouse operations associates for one of our pharmaceutical clients based in Indianapolis.

Responsibilities include:

  • Cycle Counting
  • Stickering and Labeling
  • Cooler Construction
  • Supply Preparation
  • Supply Management
  • Garbage – GMP Process for disposal
  • Staging for destruction of material
  • Supply receipt
  • Special Projects
  • Assist with conduct of Special Security Substances (SSS) Inventories

Requirements

  • Strong Organization and Multi-tasking ability
  • Experience with inventory management – preferably clinical trial, not mandatory
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Be willing to pick orders up to 25 feet on forklift and cherry picker (training will be provided)
  • Experience in a regulated industry - preferably pharmaceutical
  • Bend and lift 50 pounds
  • Stand for 8 hours daily
  • High School Diploma
  • Basic computer skills
  • Demonstrate high productivity with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems highly desirable
  • Ability to work up to 8 hours in 42 degrees
  • Candidates must pass our client's background and drug screen
