Smilegate Holdings seeks an experienced Service Planner to design and improve the member/authentication services for their STOVE entertainment platform. This role involves designing features for a global audience, ensuring optimal user experience. Responsibilities include diagnosing problems, identifying improvement areas, and enhancing user satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses 7+ years of experience in IT service planning for member/authentication systems, with a strong understanding of user needs (both quantitative and qualitative). Experience with platform/game-related member policies (signup, withdrawal, terms of service, member information, legal compliance) is highly valued. The position involves leading improvements and operations planning for member policies and authentication systems.
Must have:
- 7+ years of experience in member/authentication IT service planning
- Experience in leading improvements and operations planning
- Strong understanding of user needs (quantitative and qualitative)
- Game/platform interest and understanding
Good to have:
- Experience in platform/game related member policy creation
- Experience in service improvement and operations planning (signup, withdrawal, terms, etc.)

- 플랫폼에 필요한 회원 및 인증 서비스의 더 나은 유저 경험을 위해 고민합니다.
- 담당 제품의 최적의 사용성 제공을 위해 문제를 진단하고, 과제를 도출하여 유저의 만족도를 높이는 역할을 담당합니다.
자격요건
- 7년 이상의 회원/인증 관련 IT 서비스 기획 경험이 있는 분
필요역량
- 회원 정책 및 인증 시스템 서비스의 개선과 운영 기획을 주도적으로 수행한 경험이 있는 분
- 유저에 대한 정량/정성적인 이해를 기반으로 문제를 진단하고 서비스를 향상시킬 수 있는 분
- 게임/플랫폼에 대한 관심과 이해가 있으신 분
우대사항
- 플랫폼 또는 게임 관련 회원 정책 수립, 서비스 개선 및 운영 기획 경험이 있으신 분 (가입, 탈퇴, 약관 동의, 회원정보, 관련 법령 적용 등)
