Vojtěch Till specializes in the strategic dimension of technological and business consulting. He most often cooperates with large domestic clients from the field of finance. In addition to client work, he is a key figure in developing new digital consulting services at PwC.

Job description & summary 

  • Currently we’re recruiting for a PM/PMO Manager to join our team on German Projects. 

  • Would you like to gain some international experience and work 50% of your time in Germany,

  • Contribution to go-to-market strategy and PMO offering in the market, 

  • Client engagements and internal initiatives management, e.g. creation of effective relationships, analyze complex ideas or proposals and provide a range of meaningful recommendations, engage a variety of stakeholders to develop appropriate solutions and perspectives, ensure the timeliness and quality of deliverables, identify opportunities to add value to our Client by promoting new ideas and services,

  • Project or program changes management (analyzing impact on the project or program, providing recommendations to project or program steering committees, implementing decisions, assuring proper communication regarding the change), 

  • Participation in the global PwC network, e.g. build a collaborative network with other PwC member firms in order to share knowledge and provide a truly global perspective for our Clients,

  • Development of other PMO team members through mentoring and coaching, e.g. recognize others’ strengths and development areas, and help them to achieve their full potential in a positive and supportive environment,

  • Travel with prolonged on-site presence in Germany


Requirements of the role

  • 3+ experience in management of large scale and complex projects throughout the entire project lifecycle / senior PMO functions,

  • Various project management methodologies and frameworks knowledge (e.g. PMP®, PRINCE2® Practitioner, IPMA level B and above), 

  • University degree,

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects throughout the entire project lifecycle,

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent presentation and facilitation, leadership, communication, negotiation skills, 

  • Experience in business cases and governance for transformation, as well as working  in a PMO for transformation programmes,

  • Excellent written and spoken English and German,

  • Travel to Germany on a regular basis

Nice to have

  • Program management experience, 

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects throughout the entire IT software development life cycle.

  • Experience from various industries and some niche industries knowledge (sport, travel and culture, space industry, infrastructure projects)
