You can help us to achieve our mission. As PMO Team Lead, you will oversee strategic initiatives spanning business and technology, while managing a high-performing PMO team. You will drive projects such as new product launches, organisational changes, business planning, and infrastructure development, collaborating with stakeholders across product, R&D, sales, marketing, legal, and PR. This role is pivotal in aligning project delivery with the company’s strategic objectives. Responsibilities - Lead and develop the PMO team, fostering best practices in project management. - Align the PMO’s activities with organisational goals and priorities. - Oversee the full lifecycle of complex projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery. - Identify and manage risks, resources, and dependencies. - Work cross-functionally to align stakeholder needs and deliver outcomes. - Prepare and present business performance updates to senior leadership. - Support team management functions, including budgeting, recruitment, and internal communications. - Streamline processes to improve efficiency and project success.

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor degree or above - At least 7 years of working experience in project management / strategy management of go-to-market teams in a fast-paced environment - At least 1 year managing and mentoring teams engaged in project management or strategy initiatives for go-to-market operations - Have experience working in a software / technology / cloud-related company, and managing projects from start to end Preferred Qualifications - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills - Analytical and problem solving skills ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
