As Process Consultant you will be responsible for designing ADO (Azure DevOps) dashboards and reports to assist the Product Development teams in monitoring the Release Progress and Release Deliverables. You will also be focused on reviewing Process adherence by different Product Development teams. Your role will include providing active inputs to continuous improvement of Product Development Processes and building necessary tools to monitor the same.

 

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing dashboards and reports to aid in monitoring Product Development process and Product Release Deliverables
  • Performing reviews on Product Release status and providing inputs to Development teams to address any identified gaps which can impact Product Release
  • On a regular basis, reviewing different Product teams’ adherence to existing development processes, practices, and providing input to enhance aiming at continuous improvement
  • Demonstrating ability to identify process inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and influence teams to adopt to changing processes
  • Maintaining open communication with multiple Product Development teams, Management, and other stakeholders
  • Multitasking many projects effectively and collaborating with multiple Product teams in parallel 
  • Prioritizing and scheduling assignments to meet team deadlines and goals 
  • Owning quality and accountability of deliverables 
  • Participating in daily scrum, reporting, and onshore/offshore coordination

 

The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or related work experience
  • 2-5 years of Agile or other related experience
  • Understanding of software Release cycle, SCRUM methodology, tools, and processes
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
  • Experience in designing reports using tools like Power BI and/or Excel
  • A mindset of continuous learning and willingness to update skill & technology in line with organizational interests
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to pay accurate and precise attention to detail
  • Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with the Scrum teams and stakeholders
  • Comfort working with multiple globally distributed teams, both in-house and remote
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

 

Preferred skills/qualifications:

  • Basic troubleshooting skills 
  • Exposure to Process Definition and Audits
