Scopely is looking for a Lead Product Manager  to join The Looney Tunes team in Bangalore on a hybrid basis!

What You’ll Do
Reporting directly to the GM of the Business, this senior position is critical to the product’s success and is a core part of the studio’s executive team. You will be responsible for helping set the business priorities, create the overall product roadmap, own the product KPIs and be an integral part of the team that sets the game’s creative direction. You will also be instrumental in managing and growing the product org in the studio. In order to be successful in this fast-paced role, the Lead PM must be a self-starter, experienced team leader, and skilled manager.       
  • Work closely with the GM of the business to set the product vision, strategy and direction  
  • Exhibit sound product judgment, formulate product strategy and present clear measurable objectives that will lead to achieving our business goals  
  • Own the product roadmap and priorities  
  • Be directly responsible for the product organization - direct the work of the PMs in the org and ultimately be accountable for the results from this org  
  • Responsible for the growth and career development of the product organization  
  • Direct the priorities of the product management and analytics team to meet the top needs of the business and product 
  • Willing to take on operational responsibilities, including responsibility for the full product/game lifecycle, writing specifications when needed, working across multi-disciplinary teams: design, art, and engineering to launch core features within our existing and new games  
  • Direct ongoing live operations, help develop the LiveOps strategy and be responsible for the results driven by the LiveOps team  
  • Determine and analyse key success metrics and player behaviours  

 

What We’re Looking For 
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a Business Management degree preferred  
  • 6+ years of product management in the consumer tech space, preferably mobile gaming  
  • Exceptional data analysis skills. Ability to dive deep into metrics, analyse AB test results, and collaborate with product experts across genres on game performance  
  • Passion for games and creating fun, engaging user experiences  
  • Thorough understanding of social networking paradigms and concepts
  • Strong analytic skills and experience with metrics-driven decision making
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams on time and on budget
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and organizational skills
  • Experience in mid-core games and running live operations will be an added Bonus
