Roof Games seeks an experienced Head of Product to lead product strategy and development, driving innovation, customer loyalty, and growth. Responsibilities include developing and implementing product strategy, identifying new opportunities, overseeing the product development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the product team, analyzing market trends, and communicating progress to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, proven success in launching and scaling products, and a data-driven approach.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 5+ years in product management, 2+ in leadership
- Proven track record in launching and scaling products
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving
- Data-driven mindset, experience with analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills (technical & non-technical)
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
Good to have:
- MBA or related master's degree
- Experience in e-commerce or online gaming
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer loyalty tools
- Proficiency in Turkish and English
- Understanding of regional market dynamics

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Head of Product to lead our product strategy and development. This key leadership role focuses on driving product innovation, customer loyalty, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement a product strategy aligned with company goals.
· Identify new opportunities and enhance existing products to meet customer and market needs.
· Drive customer engagement and loyalty by creating personalized, impactful experiences.
· Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from idea to execution.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing.
· Manage and mentor the product management team, setting clear goals and KPIs.
· Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
· Communicate progress and insights to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Must-Have Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years in product management, including 2+ years in leadership roles.
· Proven track record in launching and scaling products, with a focus on customer loyalty.
· Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
· Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
· Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
· MBA or a master’s degree in a related field.
