Product Designer

We are looking for a skilled and innovative UI/UX Product Designer to join our Client. The ideal candidate will excel in creating user-centric designs and providing solutions that enhance user experience and product functionality. This role requires a deep understanding of user interface design, user experience principles, and a strong ability to translate complex problems into elegant design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research: Conduct user research to identify user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Utilize various methods such as user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics.
• Solution Design: Develop innovative solutions to user and business problems through a deep understanding of user needs and business objectives. Work closely with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Figma Proficiency: Expertise in using Figma for designing and prototyping. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share design assets using Figma for seamless workflows.
• Modern UI Aesthetics: Stay updated on design trends and ensure the integration of modern UI aesthetics into our products. Create designs that reflect a fresh and contemporary look while aligning with the brand identity.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications using tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Interaction Design: Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces with a strong focus on interaction and usability.
• Visual Design: Craft visually appealing and consistent design systems, including icons, graphics, and other visual elements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals and technical constraints.
• Iterative Design: Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and usability testing.
• Design Documentation: Prepare and present design proposals, documentation, and specifications to effectively communicate design concepts and requirements.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.
• Problem-Solving: Analyze complex problems and provide creative solutions that align with user needs and business goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or related field.
• Proven 5-7 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing modern and innovative designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and others.
• Solid understanding of front-end development and the ability to communicate design specifications effectively to developers.
• Solid experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
• Knowledge of fluid design principles and creating visually engaging user interfaces.
• Familiarity with design systems and their implementation.
• Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing your design process, user research insights, and final designs for various projects.
• Location: Remote
• Shift Timing: 5:30 PM to 3:00 AM ( 4-5 hrs of overlapping required )
• Salary Range: 18 - 21 LPA
