SUMMARY
The In-Game Media Product Management & Innovation Intern will have the opportunity to shape strategies and business case narratives. Your success in this role will be dependent on an ability to turn complex business questions into actionable opportunities through data analysis, and research. It’s an exciting chance to be part of a team that is building new products, programs and shaping business strategy within a large company. This internship will allow you to work in support of the Product Management and Innovation teams and report to the In-Game Media Insights & Innovation Sr. Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather information and data points from multiple sources
- Analyze emerging media usage, reach and industry trends
- Analyze audience demographic and psychographic data
- Identify relevant trends in the industry
- Articulate the business opportunity that fits company strategy and market readiness
- Identify and collaborate with key stakeholders
- Design and facilitate a socialization plan for business recommendations with key stakeholders and collaborators
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MBA candidate
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a data-driven and analytical mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects
- Experience managing project timelines with various workstreams
- Comfortable with autonomy to build strong relationships with internal business partners, and capable of representing EA with external partners and clients.
- Must demonstrate confidence in developing clear and concise insights “stories” and actionable recommendations from research outputs.
This role is scoped for Los Angeles or Remote in North America.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, degree type (e.g. Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD), what stage you are in your degree journey (i.e. freshman, sophomore, etc.), qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
HOURLY PAY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $39 - $84 USD Hourly
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $39 - $84 USD Hourly
• Jersey City, NJ :
º $39 - $84 USD Hourly
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $25 - $75 USD Hourly
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $39 - $75 USD Hourly
The pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including 80 hours per year of sick time (prorated based on scheduled hours per week if less than full-time), 16 paid company holidays per year, medical insurance, and 401(k). Interns in California are also eligible for Voluntary Disability Insurance.
