Program Manager for Technology Maximizer - IGTD (San Diego, CA, Plymouth, MN or Colorado Springs, CO)
'Technology Maximizer' by Philips is a program that allows hospitals to easily upgrade their medical equipment through a simple subscription plan that helps them meet the critical need for reliable and secure medical equipment, like our Philips Image-Guided Therapy Devices. Technology Maximizer provides:
Help hospitals stay up to date by providing system upgrades and innovations.
Protect clinical data and reduce cybersecurity risks.
Improves the work experience for hospital staff by providing the latest technology.
Allow hospitals to predict costs and avoid repeated investments.
Your role:
Lead the execution of a high-impact service program by aligning resources, managing schedules, and ensuring quality standards across the E2E process, from contract quotation, sales and creation to order management and delivery of the upgrades.
Oversee the entire E2E lifecycle management of Technology Maximizer as a product to align with business strategies, market demands, and future portfolio changes.
Manage the execution and integration of global upgrade deliveries by developing a Business Unit release plan to ensure entitlements are correct, markets and customers are notified, resources are allocated efficiently, and deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and meet or exceed quality standards.
Review and analyze value propositions and create business cases to effectively communicate the benefits and justify investments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and supporting decision-making processes.
Evaluate project performance against established goals and KPIs (Daily Management), providing detailed analysis, reporting and updates to stakeholders, with recommendations for course corrections as needed.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in operation management or product marketing (with direct deployment experience) management and/or program management. Experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
You have demonstrated managing complex projects/programs to meet demanding features, cost, quality and introduction date targets. Your knowledge also includes experience in technologies like Salesforce, ServiceMAX, SAP and PSA.
You have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's preferred, demonstrating strong attention to detail. Experience in navigating complex market and channel structures, coupled with analytical skills and technical acumen, showcases a proactive approach and readiness for action.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You’re a self-starter who can operate effectively, efficiently, and has strong communication skills.
How we work together:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details:
The pay range for this position in CA is $125,000 to $200,000
The pay range for this position in MN is $115,000 to $185,000
The pay range for this position in CO is $110,000 to $180,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
