Are you ready to join a highly collaborative team to develop and ship leading-edge Gaming Audio peripherals for a great global company?  We are looking for an exceptional Project Manager ready to lead the product post-launch sustaining activities for the Gaming Business Group!

  • Lead Gaming project sustaining activities and sustain product lifecycle.​

  • Partner with product management, engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to deliver project’s experience, cost, and quality enhancement/improvement per expectation. 

  • Coordinate problem-solving activities to improve processes, resolve non-conformances, and help maximize the Gaming engineering team performance (safety, quality, productivity, and cost).

  • Collaborate with contract manufacturers to assure a successful product development, launch and sustaining activities.

  • Implement ECO changes to product and manufacturing processes.

  • Accomplish operational objectives by overseeing multiple project activities.

  • Participate in troubleshooting, problem-solving, failure analysis, root cause, and corrective action processes as required.

  • Identify, evaluate and escalate the risks associated with project activities and take appropriate actions to control the risks and to drive solutions.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • 5+ years of project management

  • 3 years of working in the consumer electronics industry

  • Experience in driving cross-functional teams

  • Excellent cross-function communication skills

  • Good capability to influence, interact with different levels of management

  • Nice to have a Bachelor/Master degrees in the relevant areas

  • Excellent English language communication

  • Must be willing to travel (~25%)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passionate about sustainability, creating a better future for the planet

  • Experience in working with people from diverse backgrounds/regions

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
