Job Summary

Job Description

This role involves managing global live services for a new project at KRAFTON. Responsibilities include responding to live service issues, establishing collaborative processes, planning and executing action plans to improve user experience, developing strategies for addressing inappropriate user behavior, establishing service policies, reviewing risks associated with game content and live services, improving global workflows, planning and utilizing service infrastructure tools, and managing official community channels (Discord, Steam). The ideal candidate will have experience in the full game lifecycle (launch, live service, and closure), excellent communication and problem-solving skills, data analysis abilities, experience with service infrastructure tools, and business-level English proficiency.

Must have:

Full game lifecycle experience (launch, live service, closure)
Proactive communication and problem-solving
Data analysis skills for operational tasks
Experience with service infrastructure tools
Business-level English communication

Good to have:

Extensive PC gaming experience, especially simulation games
Positive, logical, and clear communication
Responsible, proactive work ethic
