Job Description

You will be working at the Japanese office of "Qoo10", a rapidly growing comprehensive online shopping mall that has achieved 80% recognition among Japanese women aged 10-30 in the past few years.

Specifically, you will belong to the Content Marketing Team within the Marketing Division and will be mainly responsible for planning and producing Live Commerce content, as well as implementing measures to expand Qoo10's content. You will plan products that match Qoo10's user target with brands, and direct live compositions, casting, and production. In the future, we aim to develop Live Commerce as Qoo10's main service and build it into an e-commerce platform where both brands and users can freely broadcast live. In addition, this role involves simultaneous coordination with multiple internal departments such as Sales, Legal, Finance, Development, and Design teams, as well as external agencies for casting and production.

Role/Job Responsibilities for this Position

• Live Commerce content planning
• Live Commerce program organization & promotion
• Coordination and communication with multiple organizations such as Design team & Category Management team
• On-site direction of live filming

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Over 5 years of professional experience
• Must have at least one of the following three experiences:
• Over 1 year of live commerce experience targeting Gen Z women in cosmetics or Gen Z women's fashion
• Over 1 year of online campaign experience targeting Gen Z women in cosmetics or Gen Z women's fashion
• Over 2 years of marketing experience in the e-commerce industry

Desirable Qualifications/Skills

• Experience in SNS channel operation or influencer marketing (preferably over 1 year)
• Experience in video media planning, production, or using production programs (preferably over 1 year)
• High understanding of trends among 10-20 year olds (will be assessed during the document screening stage. Please highlight this in your application documents)

• This position requires 2 days of remote work and 3 days of office work per week. If you have preschool-aged children, 3 days of remote work per week may be possible under certain conditions. Please note that there is no full-remote work option.
• If you live far away, you will need to relocate near the Tokyo office (relocation expenses are self-funded).
• A staggered working hour system is in place. You can choose your start time between 7:00 and 10:00 AM, and end time between 4:00 and 7:00 PM daily.
