Vos missions :

Au sein de l’entité POWER Aftermarket (pièces détachées) – Qualité, vous serez en charge de :

Quality system - standards

• Design aftermarket quality system merging procedures / praxis of previous aftermarket organizations
• Collect all existing procedures linking them with global organization
• Identify and create missing procedures with help of all departments (Sales, Finance, Purchasing,...)
   

Quality system - KPI

• Define new KPI in relation with VS to 
• anticipate blocked products for sales allowing to focus on relevant Products
• Re-align VS concerns with Power plants priorities
   

Quality database

• Design aftermarket quality database grouping standards, KPI, main regulations…

Customs topics

• Build POWER organization to answer efficiently to products origin topics (organization, tools..)

Regulation topics

• Coordinate reviews with Power plants about activities to be performed to be conform to new regulation or Aftermarket specificities
