Job Description
The resource will be placed within the R&D department of Calusco d’Adda (BG). The Technology Center Calusco is essential for supporting activities in the cement market at the EMEA regional level, for product development, maintenance, and advanced technical assistance. As such, it requires an R&D Specialist position for the management of the wide range of departmental projects in collaboration with the region. This includes selecting projects, assigning priorities, performing maintenance and calibration, conducting chemical-physical analyses, recording and analyzing data, preparing technical reports, communicating test results, experimenting with new formulations, performing physical tests, verifying compliance with ISO standards, optimizing production processes, and respecting laboratory safety regulations.
Must have:
- Select projects and assign priorities for EMEA requests.
- Perform maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of instruments.
- Conduct chemical-physical analyses on new products.
- Record and analyze data, recognizing anomalies.
- Prepare technical reports for the R&S team and region.
- Communicate test results to the manager.
Good to have:
- Experiment with new formulations, including improved versions of existing products.
- Perform physical tests (fineness, mechanical resistance, setting time, expansion, etc.).
- Verify compliance with ISO standards.

La risorsa verrà inserita all’interno del dipartimento R&D di Calusco d’Adda (BG).
Il Technology Center Calusco è fondamentale per sostenere le attività nel mercato del cemento a livello regionale EMEA, per lo sviluppo dei prodotti, la manutenzione e l'assistenza tecnica avanzata. In quanto tale, richiede una posizione di R&D Specialist per la gestione dell'ampia gamma di progetti di dipartimento in collaborazione con la region.
- in collaborazione con i referenti della region e con il R&D manager, seleziona i progetti e assegna le priorità per la migliore gestione delle richieste EMEA;
- esegue la manutenzione, la pulizia, la taratura/calibrazione degli strumenti;
- esegue analisi chimico fisiche sui nuovi prodotti e miscelazione materie prime;
- si occupa della registrazione ed analisi dei dati, riconoscendo eventuali anomalie e deviazioni;
- redazione rapporti tecnici per il team R&S e region;
- comunica i risultati dei test al manager utilizzando reportistica predefinita.
- sperimenta nuove formulazioni, incluse versioni migliorate di prodotti esistenti;
- prove fisiche (finezza, resistenze meccaniche, tempo di presa, espansione, ecc…)
- si occuperà di verificare la conformità agli standard ISO o di altri sistemi di qualità aziendali;
- ottimizza i processi produttivi;
- rispetta le norme sicurezza in laboratorio;
