Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and employee engagement activities is required, with preference given to candidates with experience in multinational companies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.

Expectations for the role
Leading efficient and effective recruitment and selection activities
Determine selection criteria based on work profile
Ensuring that a correct recruitment and selection process is adhered to, including an up to date work profile
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Drafting of internal and external advertisements and leveraging appropriate media
Training and preparing managers to conducts competency based interviews
Effective and efficient management of new appointments
Ensuring timeous update of status changes on all HRrelated information systems and notifying the staff accountant of changes that will effect payroll
Maintaining effective relationship with the R&S consultants, universities and other companies
Coordinating and participating in tests and interviews
Lead direct recruitment (headhunting) where possible
Managing and promoting referral recruitment program.
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidate
records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key Maintain stakeholders
Minimum requirement to apply
Minimum 3 years experience in Recruitment and in conducting various employee engagement activities / events.
Prefer candidates who have had exposure in working with multinational companies handling global companies.
Excellent and effective communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
Ability to work independently as well as in teams in a fast-paced environment
