We are currently looking for aTechnical Recruiterto join our team inPune. This will be a hybrid position and will required 3 days a week in our office which is located in Amar Tech Park. Essential Functions:
Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to identify expectations and clarify processes
Manage requisition load while meeting time-to-fill targets
Formulate and execute strategic sourcing methods to build a pipeline of passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn, social media, local networks, employee referrals and other sources
Identify top internal and external talent for open positions
Build a strong technical talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT/Engineering positions
Maintain the Applicant Tracking System with all candidate activity for accuracy, reporting and follow up
Act as a brand ambassador for Relatient while interacting with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Serve as a liaison between hiring managers and staffing agencies where applicable
Schedule and conduct phone screens, face to face interviews or video interviews as necessary
Craft and send personalized emails with current job openings to passive candidates
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
3+ years of recruitment experience required; with 1 year of experience in technical recruiting .
Experience working in a Software or Technology company preferred
A good understanding of technology and technical skills, including but not limited to: Angular, HTML, Java, SQL, AWS, GIT, and more.
Experience using ADP’s Enhanced Talent Suite (ETS) or other Applicant Tracking System
Understanding and expertise with Full-Cycle recruitment
Excellent communication skills
