Nielsen seeks a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist (Spanish/English) to manage relationships with Nielsen families participating in media measurement panels. Responsibilities include conducting phone interviews, verifying eligibility, ensuring proper equipment installation and maintenance, troubleshooting remotely, and ensuring accurate data collection. The role requires strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills. Meeting performance goals related to sample quality and customer satisfaction is crucial. This is a remote position requiring a quiet workspace, high-speed internet, flexibility for evening/weekend work, and mandatory in-person orientation in Mexico City. Candidates must reside within 2 hours of Mexico City.

Exciting Work-From-Home Opportunity: Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist at Nielsen supporting our Mexico operation. Eligible candidates must reside within 2 hours of Mexico City.
As a Bilingual Contact Center Sr Specialist, you'll be the face of Nielsen, building and maintaining relationships with our panel families. You'll recruit, coach, and support Nielsen households, ensuring their active participation and the integrity of our data collection process.
Job Responsibilities & Home Office Requirements

What You'll Need:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential.

- Superior organizational and time management abilities. High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
