Remote Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

As a Bilingual Contact Center Sr Specialist at Nielsen, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Nielsen families participating in media measurement panels. This involves conducting phone interviews, verifying eligibility, ensuring proper equipment installation and maintenance, troubleshooting remotely, and collecting device information for accurate data collection. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills are essential. You will need to meet performance goals related to sample quality and customer satisfaction. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal), strong computer skills, and excellent organizational and time management abilities. The position is remote but requires a quiet workspace, high-speed internet, flexibility for evening/weekend work, and mandatory in-person orientation in Mexico City. Candidates must reside within a 2-hour radius of Mexico City. Sales experience is a plus.
