Job Description

The Repair Centre Intern at Razer will oversee repair center operations in APAC, handling RMA receiving, forecasting, and ordering replacement parts. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Razer products, managing spare parts inventory, overseeing timely repairs, communicating with repair centers, ensuring SLAs are met, managing shipments, and assisting in testing. The intern will gain experience in technical troubleshooting, inventory management, customer service, quality assurance, and communication. They must demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, excellent organizational skills, and prioritize tasks. The role requires excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented approach, adhering to established policies and procedures.
Must have:
  • Receive and troubleshoot Razer products from customers requesting RMA
  • Assist in the management of spare parts inventory and allocation globally
  • Oversee timely repairs of blades and phones across the Asia Pacific Region
  • Communicate with the repair centers about current stock and potential issues
  • Ensure that SLAs are met across all Repair Centers
  • Manage shipments of product replacement and spare parts within Asia Pacific
  • Assist in testing and troubleshooting of received RMA cases
  • Attention to detail is critical

Job Details

Job Responsibilities :

Razer is looking for a Repair Centre intern who will help in overseeing the repair centre operations in APAC and will handle the RMA receiving. Likewise, the role will assist in forecasting and ordering of all necessary replacement parts, swap stock, and accessories needed to carry out day to day operations. you will work with cross functional teams across departments in order to consistently follow procedures, answer inquires completely and clearly and then provide feedback on reoccurring issues, causes of escalations, and offer remedies for improvement are the basics for the function.
  • Receive and troubleshoot Razer products from customers requesting RMA
  • Assist in the management of spare parts inventory and allocation globally
