The Business Development Specialist plays a strategic role in driving commercial growth through innovative product introductions, strategic partnerships, and market-tailored business models. Responsibilities include implementing innovative business models to enhance operational efficiency and optimize market positioning, stakeholder management, supporting global deals, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives across business categories. This role offers opportunities for professional development in areas such as business development, sales, marketing, and personal development in stakeholder management and data analysis.
Must have:
  • Experience in business development or account management, ideally within the healthcare industry.
  • Skills in Business Development, Stakeholder Management, KPI Monitoring, and Data Analysis.
  • Analytical mindset with financial acumen and project management capabilities.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, networking, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Passion for driving commercial strategy and growth, and being ready to make an impact on a global scale.
  • Advanced English language skills.

Job Description

Business Development Specialist plays the strategic role and is responsible for driving commercial growth through innovative product introductions, strategic partnerships, and market-tailored business models.

 

Your role: 

• The greater impact of this role is to facilitate the achievement of commercial success by strategically implementing innovative business models that enhance operational efficiency and optimize market positioning as well as perform operational activities. 

• This role involves stakeholder management, supporting global deals, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market demands across various business categories. 

• The role offers opportunities for professional development in areas such as business development, sales, marketing, business planning, and personal development in stakeholder management, KPI monitoring and reporting, data analysis & interpretation, and more.

You're the right fit if you possess:

  • Experience within business development, account management or customer service ideally within healthcare industry.
  • Following Skills:  Business Development, Stakeholder Management, KPI Monitoring and Reporting , Data Analysis & Interpretation, Customer Relationship Management , Order Booking and Monitoring,  Market Research & Analysis, Business Acumen, Business Case Analyses, New Product Introduction (NPI), Product Launch Excellence,  Business Modeling, Continuous Improvement, Strategy Development, Deal Processes, Cross-functional coordination & leadership.
  • Analytical mindset with financial acumen and project management capabilities.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, networking, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Passion for driving commercial strategy and growth, and you're ready to make an impact on a global scale.
  • English skills on advanced level.
  • Driving Licence.
