Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Officer to expand our presence in the branding and creative industry. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, offering branding, digital marketing, and creative services, customizing proposals, and building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, collaborating with internal teams, managing negotiations, and representing the company at industry events. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of branding and digital marketing, and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales
  • Experience in branding, marketing, or design services
  • Strong knowledge of branding and digital marketing
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive and results-oriented
  • Fluency in English
Good to have:
  • Arabic language skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration

What You’ll Be Doing:
 

  • Identify and approach potential clients across industries to offer branding, digital marketing, and creative services.
  • Customize proposals and pitch solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, directly contributing to the company’s growth.
  • Collaborate closely with our creative and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and manage contract negotiations.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and transactions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities to promote our services.

    What We’re Looking For:
     
  • 3+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management — preferably in branding, marketing, or design services.
  • Strong knowledge of branding, creative strategy, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented personality.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
